摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床疗效,分析其临床实用价值。方法选择2015年7月~2016年6月期间在我院治未病科、乳腺科门诊接受治疗的42例乳腺囊性增生症患者,按照随机原则分为两组,其中对照组采用单纯的红金消结胶囊治疗,而观察组患者在服用红金消结胶囊同时,在其经停期间联合针灸治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的乳房肿块直径以及不良反应发生率。结果在临床疗效对比中,对照组患者总有效率为71.4%(15/21),观察组则为90.47%(19/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳房肿块直径对比中,两组患者治疗第1、3个月时肿块直径均明显下降(P<0.05);不良反应的对比中,两组患者均没出现严重不良反应,不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论针灸联合红金消结胶囊能够显著提高治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床疗效,大幅缩短肿块直径,并且随着治疗时间的延长,效果更为显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of cystic hyperplasia of breast, and to analyze its clinical value. Methods 42 cases of cystic hyperplasia of breast cured in department of preventive treatment of disease and department of galactophore in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with pure Hongjinxiaojie capsule treatment, and patients in obs＇ervation group were combined with acupuncture therapy in the stopping period, on the basis of the Hongjinxiaojie capsule. The clinical efficacy, the size of breast tumor and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group was 71.4% （15/21）, the observation group was 90.47% （19/21）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the comparison of breast tumor diameter, the diameter of the two groups at the end of the first month and the third month was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Adverse reactions in the two groups of patients did not appear serious adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Hongjinxiaojie capsule can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia, significantly reduce the size of the tumor. And with the extension of treatment time, the effect is more significant, It is worthy of clinical promotion.
