摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对神内科合并下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月该院接诊的神内科合并下肢深静脉血栓患者98例,将其按照入院的顺序分成综合组、对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用传统常规护理干预,综合组患者采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者住院期间下肢深静脉血栓发生率和凝血指标。结果两组患者接受7 d护理后,综合组患者的各项凝血指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率为8.16%,明显低于对照组的24.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于神内科合并下肢深静脉血栓患者开展有效的综合护理干预可以减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生情况,对于已经合并血栓的患者可以提高血液流速,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on internal medicine and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods Ninety-eight patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the comprehensive group and the control group according to the order of admission.There were 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional routine nursing intervention.Patients in the comprehensive group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of deep venous thrombosis and coagulation parameters of the lower limbs during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of nursing,the coagulation parameters of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the comprehensive group was 8.16%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 24.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with deep medicine and deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity can reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity.For patients with thrombosis,the blood flow rate can be improved and the patient can recover quickly.
