摘要
目的针对在该院进行骨科下肢创伤临床救治的患者,将损伤控制理论应用到治疗中后,对该理论的应用价值进行分析。方法在该院2018年1月—2019年1月期间,随机对48例骨科下肢创伤患者进行研究,对比组患者(n=24)采取常规的手术治疗法,观察组患者(n=24)采用损伤控制理论对患者进行3个阶段的治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效率、治疗后的疼痛度、肢体功能恢复评分。结果观察组患者的治疗效率、治疗后的疼痛度评分、肢体功能恢复均要优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对在该院进行骨科下肢创伤临床救治的患者,将损伤控制理论应用到治疗中后,能够有效提高患者的手术效率,使患者的生存率和肢体康复程度提高,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of damage control theory in the treatment of lower limb trauma patients in our hospital.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,48 patients with lower limb trauma in orthopedics department were randomly studied.The control group(n=24)received routine surgical treatment,while the observation group(n=24)received three stages of treatment with damage control theory.The treatment efficiency,pain degree and limb function recovery score of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency,pain score and limb function recovery of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of damage control theory to the treatment of patients with lower limb trauma in orthopaedic department in our hospital can effectively improve the operation efficiency,survival rate and rehabilitation degree of patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
