摘要
目的研究集束化护理措施应用于实施妇产科手术的患者预防术后并发症下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月于该院妇产科实施妇科盆腔手术的104例患者作为研究对象,根据围手术期护理方式不同将其分为实验组与参照组各52例患者。对实验组患者采取集束化护理措施,对参照组患者采取常规护理措施,比较两组患者预防下肢静脉血栓的效果。结果实验组按照集束化护理模式进行护理之后的预防下肢静脉血栓的总有效率(98.08%)显著高于参照组患者(88.46%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对其小组护理人员的工作满意度(94.23%)显著高于参照组患者(80.77%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受妇产科手术的患者实施集束化护理干预之后可以显著降低下肢静脉血栓发生率,且患者对于科室提供的护理服务满意度得到大幅提高,有利于护患关系良性发展。
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing measures on prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients undergoing obstetrics and gynecology surgery. Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent gynecological pelvic surgery in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research subjects.According to the different perioperative nursing methods,they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group with 52 patients each.Cluster nursing measures were taken for patients in the experimental group,and routine nursing measures were taken for patients in the reference group. Results The total effective rate(98.08%) of the experimental group for the prevention of venous thrombosis of lower limbs after the intensive care mode was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.46%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the experimental group had significantly higher job satisfaction(94.23%) with their nursing staff than those in the control group(80.77%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of venous thrombosis in lower limbs can be significantly reduced after the intensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing gynecology and obstetrics surgery,and patients’ satisfaction with the nursing services provided by the department can be greatly improved, which is conducive to the benign development of nurse-patient relationship.
