摘要
目的探究喜炎平联合利巴韦林在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选择于2016年9月—2017年9月进入该院儿科治疗的108例手足口病患儿为研究对象,结合家属意愿将所有患儿划分为对照组及观察组,各组54例;对照组患儿实行常规治疗,观察组患儿实行喜炎平及利巴韦林联合治疗,对比2组患儿的临床症状消失时间及用药不良反应。结果经治疗,对照组体温恢复时间、皮疹消退时间、溃疡愈合时间及住院时间与观察组各项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,对照组用药不良反应发生率为16.67%与观察组1.85%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病予以喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗的效果显著,不止能有效改善临床症状缩短临床症状消失时间,更能降低用药不良反应发生率,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。
Objective To explore the application value of Xi Yan Ping combined with Leigh Bhave Lin in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease. Methods 108 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to their families’ wishes. 54 children in each group were divided into control group and observation group. The clinical symptoms disappeared and adverse reactions were observed in the group. Results After treatment, the recovery time of body temperature, rash subsidence time, ulcer healing time and hospitalization time of the control group were significantly different from those of the observation group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group was 16.67% compared with that of the observation group(1.85%). More obvious, the 2 groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping combined with ribavirin is effective in the treatment of HFMD in children. It can not only improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, but also reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. It is worthy of application and promotion in the field of clinical treatment.
