摘要
目的对三叉神经痛应用中医针灸治疗的临床效果进行探析。方法将2017年3月—2018年3月该院门诊治疗的86例三叉神经痛患者纳入研究中,采用数字表法随机分成研究组和常规组,各43例;常规组应用常规西药治疗,研究组应用中医针灸治疗,对比分析两组疗效,并评测治疗前后疼痛程度、疼痛发作次数及持续时间改善情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%、不良反应率为0.00%,常规组分别83.72%、13.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者疼痛程度评分、疼痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间均有降低,但研究组更低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸辨证治疗三叉神经痛,有着确切效果,可有效改善患者症状,且安全性高,整体优于常规西药治疗,有着重要临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 86 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were included in the study.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine and the research group was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture. The curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed, and the improvement of pain degree, number of pain attacks and duration before and after treatment were evaluated. Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group was 95.35% and the adverse reaction rate was 0.00%, respectively 83.72% and 13.95% in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in pain degree, number of pain attacks and pain duration, but the study group was lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM acupuncture syndrome differentiation for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia has definite effects, can effectively improve patients’ symptoms, and is of high safety.
