摘要
目的观察手术室护理对于胃癌手术患者术后康复的影响。方法对2016年3月—2017年3月在该院接受治疗的80例胃癌患者进行回顾性分析,采用随机方法将所有患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例。给予对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组患者在进行常规治疗的基础上再实施全方位的手术室护理,将两组患者的手术和术后康复情况进行对比分析。结果两组患者在口干、吞咽方面的术后康复评价对比上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在其他康复评分的各方面指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理对于胃癌手术患者术后的康复具有积极影响,值得借鉴和应用。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing in operation room patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,using random methods all patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment patients in the observation group,then the implementation of a full range of operation room nursing care on the basis of the conventional treatment,the operation of the two groups of patients after rehabilitation were analyzed.Results There is no obvious difference in postoperative rehabilitation evaluation between dry mouth and swallowing after operation in the two groups(P>0.05),to observe the indexes of patients in rehabilitation score were better than the control group,there are significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room nursing has positive effect on patients with gastric cancer after surgery the rehabilitation,worthy of reference and application.
