摘要
目的:探讨全面手术室护理对胃癌术后康复和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年4月滨州医学院附属医院收治的胃癌患者70例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全面手术室护理干预。比较两组患者手术和恢复指标、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、生活质量评分和并发症发生率。结果:观察组拔管时间、排气时间、进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、精神生活评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:在胃癌手术患者的手术室护理中,采用全面手术室护理可以有效减少术后并发症,促进胃癌患者的术后康复,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者负性情绪。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive operating room care on postoperative recovery and quality of life of gastric cancer.Methods:70 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from August 2020 to April 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with thirty-five cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions and the observation group was given comprehensive operating room care interventions.The surgical and recovery indicators,negative emotions[anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)]scores,quality of life scores and complication rates of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The time to extubation,time to venting,time to feeding,time to recovery of bowel sounds and postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,SAS and SDS scores were lower in both groups,and SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the physical function,psychological function,social function,and spiritual life scores were higher in both groups,and the observation group had higher scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:In the operating room care of gastric cancer surgery patients,the use of comprehensive operating room care can effectively reduce postoperative complications,promote the postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients,improve patients'quality of life and improve their negative emotions.
