摘要
目的观察小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者应用闭合复位克氏针固定术的临床效果。方法该次实验选择该院2016年3月—2017年1月收治的108例小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿作为研究对象,并根据固定方式的不同分为实验组54例和对照组54例。实验组运用闭合复位克氏针固定术进行治疗。对照组小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿运用常规手术进行治疗。对比分析两组小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿的治疗效果以及患者满意度等情况,以此来具体明晰闭合复位克氏针固定术在小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿治疗过程中的重要作用。结果实验组54例小儿肱骨髁上骨折患儿的治疗效果、患儿满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用闭合复位克氏针固定术在小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者的治疗过程中能取得较好的效果,改善小儿肱骨髁上骨折患者的治疗满意度,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of supracondylar fracture of humerus in children with closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation.Methods In this experiment,108 cases of humerus in children in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were fracture patients as the research object,according to the different fixed way into experimental group of 54 cases and 54 cases of the control group.The experimental group using closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation.The control group of children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus with routine surgical treatment.Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with supracondylar fractures and patient satisfaction,in order to clarify the specific closed complex A Kirschner wire fixation of fracture of the important role of patients during treatment in pediatric supracondylar humerus.Results 54 cases of pediatric supracondylar fractures in patients,patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation in children supracondylar fracture of the humerus in patients' treatment process can achieve better effect and improve the supracondylar fracture of humerus in children patients satisfaction,it is worthy of further promotion.
