摘要
目的观察中医手法复位联合克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的效果及其外观评分。方法选取2011年1月至2015年12月于我院骨科收治肱骨髁上骨折患儿39例,应用经皮闭合复位克氏针内固定法治疗,通过疗效评价标准对患儿进行治疗率评价;通过外观评分标准对患儿进行术后外观评分。结果经治疗,39例患儿中痊愈34例,显效4例,差1例,治愈率为87.18%;39例患儿中32例外观优,6例外观良,1例外观可,优良率为82.05%。结论运用中医手法复位后联合克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,创伤小,术后愈合快,活动早,外观良好,是一种较好的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of manual reduction of Chinese medicine with percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture of children. Methods From January 2011 to December 2015, 39 patients with humeral supracondylar fracture were selected as research objects. The patients received manual reduction of Chinese medicine with pereutaneous Kirschner wire fixation. The treatment rate and appearance score were evaluated after treatment. Results After the treatment, 34 patients were cured, 4 patients were excellent, 1 patient was unhealed, the rate of excellent was 87.18%. In 39 patients, 32 patients were appearanceed well, 6 patients were good, 1 patient was in general, the rate of excellent was 82.05%. Conclusion Manual reduction of Chinese medicine with Kirschner wire the in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture of children has significant curative effect with small trauma, fast postoperative healing, good appearance, which is good enough to promote in clinical treatment.
