摘要
小儿多发性抽动症是一种病因尚未明确的一种疾病,患病率为0.05%~3%,且呈逐年上升趋势,西医多采用氟哌啶醇等中枢神经系统药治疗,但疗效个体差异大,服用时间长,副作用明显,停药后症状易反复,笔者运用中药治疗,采取分期治疗的方法,治疗上取得满意效果。
Tourette syndrome is one of the difficult and complicated cases in pediatrics.The incidence of this disease is about 0.05% ~ 3%,and have increased year by year. The Western medicine adopts the CNS(central nervous system)drug such as Haloperidol mainly,for symptomatic treatment,but it has many other issues as the obvious difference from case to case,long treatment cycle,marked side effects,and high recurrence rate. The author treat the Tourette syndrome by stages with fomulas of Chinese medicine,and achieved good Results.
