摘要
目的:研究中医药治疗小儿抽动障碍的用药规律。方法:收集筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中学术期刊和博硕学位论文在2000-2020年应用中医药治疗小儿抽动障碍的文献,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)中的关联规则及复杂熵聚类等分析方法,进行数据分析与挖掘。结果:共筛选出212首处方,234味中药,出现较高频率的中药为白芍、钩藤等,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,药性以寒、平居多,归经多属肝、脾、肺三经,并得到新处方6个。结论:目前中医辨治小儿抽动障碍以治肝为核心,兼顾调养脾肺。以平抑肝阳,息风止痉为主要治则,分析结果可为临床用药提供理论依据。
Objective:To study the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods:We collected and screened the literature of academic journals and doctoral dissertations of China journal full text database(CNKI)on the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children's tic disorder from 2000 to 2020,the association rules and complex entropy clustering analysis methods in traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system(V 2.5)were used for data analysis and mining.Results:A total of 212 prescriptions were screened,including 234 medicines,the traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency were Baishao,Gouteng,the medicine mainly tasted sweet,bitter and pungent,most of the drugs were cold and flat,most of the drugs belonged to the three Jing of liver,spleen and lung,six new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:At present,the core of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of tic disorder in children is the treatment of liver,assisted with recuperating spleen and lung.The main treatment principle is Ping Yi Gan Yang,Xi Feng Zhi Jing,the analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for clinical medication.
