摘要
[目的]观察舒筋活血汤联合血府逐瘀汤治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例冠心康复胶囊0.9g/次,2次/d。阿司匹林药0.3～0.6g/次,3次/d。治疗组40例活血化瘀,化痰通络,舒筋活血汤(当归30g,木瓜、丹参、五加皮各18g,寻骨风、红花、狗脊各12g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d。血府逐瘀汤(当归、生地黄、牛膝各9g,桃仁12g,川芎、秸秆各5g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈16例,好转6例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组治愈5例,好转5例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]舒筋活血汤联合血府逐瘀汤治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the relaxing tendons soup + therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treatment,to explore all kinds of the different efficacy of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method.Control group,40 cases of bolted rehabilitation capsule 0.9g/time,2 times/d.Aspirin medicine is 0.3 ～ 0.6 g/time,3 times/d.Treatment group(40 cases of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,phlegm and t2dm,relaxing tendons soup(Danggui 30g,Mugua,Danshen,Wujiapi each 18g,Xungufeng,Honghua,Gouji 12g),1/d,Fried 300 ml water,3 times/d.Therapeutic(Danggui,Shengdihuang,Niuxi 9g,Taoren 12g,Chuanqiong,Jiegan 5g),1/d,boiling water 300 ml,oral sooner or later.15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of two period of treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cure 16 cases,6 cases improved,effective in 2 cases,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.00%.Control group cure in 5 cases,5 cases were improved,effective 6 cases,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 64.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Relaxing tendons soup+ therapeutic treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type curative effect is distinct,worthy of promotion.
