摘要
[目的]观察冠心宁注射液联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。治疗前后均进行临床症状的观察和记录,检查血常规、小便、大便常规以及肝肾功能、胸片、超声心动图等。对照组36例拜阿司匹灵250mg/次,1次/d。辛伐他汀20mg/次,1次/d。倍他乐克,50mg/次,早晨顿服或分早、晚两次服。治疗组48例冠心宁注射液,20mL+5%葡萄糖注射液500mL,1次/d,静滴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作次数、心电图、硝酸甘油消耗量、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效15例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠心宁注射液联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛方面效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]observed Guanxinning injection combined with western medicine treatment of unstable angina.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,84 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups sequentially numbered treatment.Clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed and recorded,check blood,urine,stool,and liver and kidney function,chest radiography,echocardiography,and so on.Thanks to the control group of 36 patients aspirin 250mg / times,1 times / d.Simvastatin 20mg / times,1 times / d.Metoprolol,50mg / times,Dayton clothing or points early morning and evening two suits.21d is a course of continuous treatment.Treatment group 48 cases Guanxinning Injection,20mL +5% glucose injection 500mL,1 times / d,intravenous infusion.Western medicine with the control group.Observation of clinical symptoms of angina attacks,ECG,nitroglycerin consumption and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,20 cases markedly effective in 22 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 87.50%.Control group,15 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Guanxinning injection combined with western medicine treatment of unstable angina effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
