摘要
[目的]对生地黄色素的抑菌活性进行分析研究。[方法]采用平板打孔法和连续二倍稀释法对生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产朊假丝酵母、酿酒酵母、黑曲霉等的抑菌活性以及最低抑菌浓度进行观察。[结果]经研究证实,生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均具有良好的抑菌活性,而对酿酒酵母、产朊假丝酵母不具有抑菌活性,而对黑曲霉的生长则存在较为复杂的影响。[结论]作为活性天然色素生地黄色素存在较高的开发利用价值。
[Objective]The Rehmanniae pigment antibacterial activity were analyzed.[Methods]Flat punch method and continuous double dilution method Rehmanniae pigment of E.coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aspergillus niger,such as antimicrobial activity production prion and minimum inhibitory concentration were observed.[Results]By the studies,has good antibacterial activity the Rehmanniae pigment on the E.coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,etc.,cerevisiae utilis yeast does not have antibacterial activity,while the more complex impact on the growth of Aspergillus.[Conclusion]As the activity of natural pigments Rehmanniae pigment there is a higher development value.
