摘要
目的分析综合护理干预在根治消化性溃疡幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的应用效果。方法本次所选研究病例均为广西融水苗族自治县人医院2013年1月—2016年12月期间收治的消化性溃疡HP感染患者,病例数88例;根据不同护理方法划分为常规组(应用常规护理)、护理组(应用综合护理干预),每组44例,比较两组护理的效果。结果护理组护理后的HP根除率显著高于常规组(P<0.05),护理组SF-36各维度评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05),护理组总满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于根治消化性溃疡HP感染中的效果显著,可推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the radical treatment of helicobacter pylori(HP)infection of peptic ulcer.Methods All the selected cases were patients with HP infection of peptic ulcer treated in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2016,with 88 cases.According to different nursing methods,the two groups were divided into routine group(applying routine nursing)and nursing group(applying comprehensive nursing intervention),and the results of nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The HP eradication rate of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the sf-36 score of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in the radical treatment of HP infection in peptic ulcer.
