摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在提高幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡治疗效果中的作用。方法:收集2015年1月-2016年12月在本院接受治疗的幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,治疗组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组临床效果及消化道症状发生情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组嗳酸、烧灼感、消化道出血、唾液分泌量减少、反胃、嗳气、呕吐、恶心及RUT阳性例数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在幽门螺杆菌感染所致消化性溃疡患者护理中选择综合护理干预可有效提高临床效果,降低患者消化道症状发生率,对患者有积极的促进作用,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective： To exptore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by Helieobacter pylori infection.Method： From January 2015 to December 2016, 80 patients with peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori infection treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention, the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and gastrointestinal symptoms of two groups were compared.Result： The ~total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Beluric acid, burning sensation, gastrointestinal bleeding, decreased salivary secretion, nausea, gas, vomiting, nansea and RUT of the treatment group were less than thaose of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori infection can effectively improve the cliniceal effect, reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms, has a positive effect, it is worth of popularizing in clinical use.
