摘要
卡勒德·胡赛尼是当代美国文坛炙手可热的人文主义作家。人文主义思想是他写作的基本出发点,主要关注如何理解人的本质、人性的光辉,以及走出困惑、探索人类前途命运等终极问题。他的三部小说都是以阿富汗为写作背景,以家庭生活为依托,描述了战乱、暴力和极权下的普通百姓的生存状态,并通过主人公们的不幸遭遇控诉了人性的弱点和异化状态。他用爱和牺牲的主题对抗丑陋的社会现实和人性罪恶,探讨对人性的终极认识和救赎手段。胡赛尼的作品中渗透的人文主义思想,将战争、极权、暴力和贫穷背后那悸动的灵魂生动地展现在世人面前。他的作品闪烁着灿烂的人文主义光芒,引发了世人对于人性的思考和对未来发展方向的探求。
Khaled Hosseini is a humanism novelist in contemporary American literature.Humanism is the basic pointing of his writing.He pays more attention to the ultimate problems such as the deep understanding about human nature,the brilliance of human characteristics,the outlet of confusion and the exploration of human destiny and future.Basing on Afghanistan and family life,his three novels describe the living conditions of the commoners suffering from war,violence and totalitarian regime.By the theme of love and sacrifice in his novels,he tries to fight against the ugly side of the social reality and human’s sins and crimes,also discusses the ultimate recognition about human nature and the way for redemption.The idea of humanism embodied in his works exposes to the world the flushed spirit behind wars,violence and poverty.His works are shinning with the brilliance of humanism.The world is greatly encouraged to speculate about human nature and to explore the future of development.
