摘要
为探究茄白粉病菌的生物学特性,采用水琼脂玻片法测定不同的环境和营养因子对茄白粉病菌苍耳叉丝单囊壳分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:适宜分生孢子萌发的温度为20~25℃,最佳萌发温度为25℃,致死温度为52℃10min;适宜的萌发湿度为93%~100%,湿度越高萌发越好;充足的氧气是萌发的必要条件,光照对分生孢子萌发影响不大;适宜萌发的pH值为6.2,萌发率可达91%以上;碳源促进分生孢子的萌发,以葡萄糖效果最佳;氮源对分生孢子萌发有不同程度的抑制作用。
In order to explore biological characteristics of eggplant powdery mildew pathogen, water agar slide method was established to quest the effect of different environmental and nutritional factors on the conidial germination of eggplant powdery mildew pathogen Podosphaera xanthii. The experimental results of conidial germination indicated that the conidia germinated at the optimal temperature of 20-25℃ and relative humidity of 93%-100%. The best germination temperature was 25℃,and the lethal temperature for conidial germination was 52℃ for 10 min. It was also found that the conidial germination had no strict requirement for illumination, but sufficient oxygen was necessary condition. Conidial germination rate could exceeded 88% at pH6-7. Various carbon sources could be utilized by the conidia and glucose was the best. Various nitrogen sources could inhibit the conidial germination with different degree.
