新疆葡萄炭疽病病原的鉴定及其生物学特性的研究 被引量:32

摘要 从新疆巨峰葡萄果腐病斑上分离到1种炭疽菌。根据病菌的形态特征、培养性状、寄主范围和致病性测定等进行鉴定,结果表明:该葡萄炭疽病菌是胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichumgloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.)。该菌的生长温度范围是10~35℃,最适温度为28~30℃;生长的pH值范围是3~9,最适为6;在光暗交替的条件下,病菌生长最快。该菌的寄主范围广泛,曾在内地造成严重危害,目前新疆正在大力发展葡萄生产,对该病的发生应引起高度重视。 The writer isolated anthrancnose from rotted grape of Jufeng recently discovered in Xinjiang.According to its morphologic characters,cultural characteristics,host range and pathogenicity,it was shown that the pathogen was C.gloeosporioides.(Penz.)Sacc.The temperature for this pathogen growth was from 10℃ to 35℃,with the optimum from 28℃ to 30℃;the pH values ranged from 3 to 9,with the optimum at 6,Alternate 12h light and dark was the best for mycelial growth;this pathogen had wide range of hosts.
