摘要
从海南 13个地区分离获得的 17个 Colletotrichum musae分离菌系经测定 ,无论是菌丝生长还是孢子萌发均以 30℃为适温 ,p H值 6~ 7为最佳条件 ;菌丝生长的最佳碳源是葡萄糖 ,而孢子萌发最佳碳源则是蔗糖 ,5种碳源都可提高孢子萌发率 ;自然光照 ( 12 h光暗交替 )最有利于菌丝生长 ,30min紫外照射可使分生孢子致死。 17个菌系菌落形态特征、菌丝体生长速率和致病力均有很大差异 ,其中以屯昌 3、文昌 4、琼山 1和万宁 1等菌系的菌丝生长快 ,而临高 1、昌江 3和昌江 6则最为缓慢。
All Colletotrichum musae (Berk. & Curt)Arx isolated from 13 regions in Hainan. Seventeen tested isolates on biological characteristic showed 30℃ was the optimum temperature for mycelial growth and spore germination. The optimum pH value was 6-7. The mycelial grew best on media with glucose as C source, and condia germinated best on media with sucrose as C source. Alternate 12 h light and dark was the best for mycelial growth. There were evident difference on the morphologic characters, the growth rate and pathogenicity among these isolates.
