摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,部分企业对于日语人才的需要也有所增加,日语翻译人才的培养在企业中逐渐得到重视。本文针对日语和汉语的异同点、特点进行分析,提出了培养日语翻译人才的重要性以及企业对日语翻译人才的培养策略。
With the development of economic globalization,there shows an increasingdemand for Japanese in business.To cultivate talents with superb translation abilities in business plays a vital role in meeting the social development.Based on the major differences and similarities,as well as the principles for Japanese translation,the article approaches to emphasize the significance of Japanese translators and the enterprises 'demand for them,then propose several tips in training Japanese translators in business.
