摘要
城市轨道交通线路局部不同的敷设方式,对施工条件、土建费用、拆迁费用、运营费用、周边土地利用及价值等具有较大的影响,针对该问题,本文建立了AHP和DEA相结合的两阶段评价模型,通过实证分析,对不同敷设方式的方案进行深度比选,以期为决策者科学决策提供参考。
Local different ways of laying of urban rail transit lines,the construction condition,construction cost,demolition costs,operating expenses,the surrounding land use,and value has a great influence,according to the problem,this paper established the AHP and the DEA evaluation model of combining the two stage,through the empirical analysis,the different ways of laying scheme in-depth comparison,so as to provide reference for policy makers scientific decision-making.
