摘要
在城乡分割的劳动力市场上,农民工主要在具有完全竞争特点的劳动力市场上进行职业选择,人力资本、社会资本对农民工职业分层的影响不容忽视。通过辽宁省沈阳市、锦州市和鞍山市农民工的调查问卷和实证研究分析发现,受教育程度越高、接受过培训和在城市工作年限越长的农民工,他们的收入和所从事的职业层次就越高;而农民工在城市务工的亲朋数量越多,通过这些社会关系找到工作机会越多,他们的收入和所从事的职业层次也越高。同时还发现,农民工男性比女性的收入及其所从事的职业层次要高。因此,在提高农民工人力资本和社会资本存量的同时,要多关注女性农民工的生活状况,提高农民工在城市的生存能力。
Occupational stratification is closely related with human capital and social capital. In the urban labor market where urban areas are split from rural ones, migrant workers choose their occupations mainly in the urban labor market with the completely competitive characteristics, so the impact of human capital and social capital on migrant workers' occupational stratification should not be ignored. Cities of Liaoning Province, such as Shenyang, Jinzhou and Anshan were chosen to make a questionnaire survey and an empirical analysis.Results show that the better the migrant workers are educated and the longer they have worked and have been trained in city, the more income and the higher occupational stratification they will have; the more relatives and friends who are working in city the migrant workers have and the more opportunities of job they have with the help of the social relations, the more income and the higher occupational stratification they have, too.Also, it is found that male migrant workers have more income and a higher occupational stratification than female ones. Therefore, in the efforts to increase the stock of human capital and social capital all the migrant workers have, we should pay more attention to the living condition of the female ones and try to improve their ability to survive in city.
