摘要
目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在合并血管并发症的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的检测价值。方法将112例T2DM患者分为2组,合并有血管并发症的为A组(n=51)、无血管并发症的为B组(n=61),并以健康体检者为对照组(n=53),观察并比较各组hs-CRP及血糖、血脂、血压等相关临床指标水平。结果A、B组的hs-CRP、收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),A、B组之间hs-CRP、HbA1c、FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C水平亦有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,hs-CRP与HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP在T2DM患者血管并发症的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,监测hs-CRP有利于临床判断T2DM病情和预后。
Objective To explore the value of detecting high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) presenting with vascular complications.Methods 112 patients with T2DM were divided into two groups,group A(the patients presenting with vascular complication,n = 51) and group B(the patients presenting with no vascular complication,n = 61).Fifty-three cases undergoing physical examination were enrolled as control group.The levels of hs-CRP,plasma glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure were measured and compared between three groups.Results Compared with control group,the levels of hs-CRP,systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycolated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in group A and group B were significantly increased(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).There were also signifi-cant differences in the levels of hs-CRP,HbA1c,FPG,TG,TC and LDL-C between group A and group B(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Positive correlation was observed between hs-CRP and HbA1c,TG,TC,LDL-C(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusions Hs-CRP plays an important role in the development of vascular complications in the patients with T2DM.
