摘要
研究了建筑物保温外墙玻化微珠保温砂浆和改性聚苯板的力学性能,并进行了对比分析。结果表明:当试样耐候测试时间增加后,饰面砖粘结强度发生了降低的现象,外层饰面砖的粘结强度受到耐候测试过程的较大影响。与一次热雨循环过程相比,经过一次热冷循环处理后保温系统受到的损害程度更大。此系统饰面砖粘结强度减小的幅度比保温砂浆系统更加明显,在耐候测试的过程中抹面层和保温层的粘结强度也发生了下降的现象。当保温砂浆外保温系统完成所有热雨循环测试之后,各层相互间的粘结强度都发了较大程度的降低。
The mechanical properties of glass bubbles thermal insulation mortar and modified polystyrene board for thermal insulation of buildings were studied and compared.The results showed that the bond strength of the external tile decreased with the increase of the test time.Compared with the process of a hot and rain cycle,the thermal insulation system suffered more damage after a hot and cold cycle treatment.The range of the reduction of the bonding strength of the tile in this system was more obvious than that of the insulating mortar system.When the external insulation system of the insulating mortar completed all the hot rain cycle tests,the bond strength of each layer decreased significantly.
