摘要
按照《带抹灰的外墙外保温复合系统的欧洲技术评定指南》(EOTAETAG004)对外墙外保温抹灰系统进行了长期性能的检测 :外抹灰砂浆为VINNAPASRE5034N改性的干粉砂浆 (胶粉掺量为4 %~6% ) ,经过实验室加速养护后 ,测定了系统的抗冲击性和拉伸粘结强度。结果表明随着RE5034N掺量的上升 ,系统的总体性能上升 ,掺量最低为4%时 ,抹灰砂浆长期性能表现良好。
polymer (VINNAPAS RE 5034N) modified plasters were tested according to EOTA standard in respect of long term stability of EIFS in lab. After the accelerated curing period, the impact resistance & bonding adhesion of plasters on the sample wall were tested afterwards. It is shown that the durability increases with the increase of VINNAPAS dosage. Plaster with 4% VINNAPAS RE 5034N performs quite well in this test.
