摘要
目的研究可手术胃癌、结直肠癌患者血清TK1和肿瘤组织Hepcidin表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用化学发光方法,检测可手术66例胃癌、结直肠癌患者术前血清TK1表达情况,应用免疫组化方法检测肿瘤组织中Hepcidin表达,并分析TK1与其临床特征的关系。结果①66例患者术前血清TK1阳性6例(阳性率9. 09%)。②术前血清TK1表达与患者性别、分化程度、Her-2表达和Ki-67表达有关。但与年龄、T分期、淋巴结转移和贫血均无关(P均> 0. 05)。③Hepcidin在肿瘤组织中阳性表达率为62. 1%。④Hepcidin表达与患者年龄、T分期、Ki-67和脉管浸润有关,而与性别、有无淋巴结转移、分化程度、Her-2表达和有无贫血均无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05)。⑤肿瘤组织Hepcidin表达与血清TK1水平无相关关系(γ=-0. 1005,P> 0. 05)。结论胃肠道肿瘤组织Hepcidin表达与患者年龄、T分期和脉管浸润和Ki-67有关;术前血清TK1的表达与性别、Her-2表达,分化程度和Ki-67表达有关。联合检测肿瘤组织Hepcidin和术前血清TK1对于指导合理治疗和判断患者的预后有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of Hepcidin in gastric and ccolorectal cancer and the serum expression of TK1 in preoperation patients with gastric and colorectal cancer,and its relationship with clinical features. Methods The expression of Hepcidin were detected by Immunohistochemistry and the serum expression of TK1 in preoperatiion were detected by Chemiluminescence( CL) in 66 patients with gastric and colorectal cancer. Results ①The serum positive expression patients of TK1 had 6 cases( positive rate were 9. 09%). ②The level of TK1 in preoperatiion were related to gender,Her-2 expression,degree of differetiation and Ki-67 level. The serum level of TK1 in preoperatiion,there were negatively correlated with age,T stage,lymph node metastasis,vasalium immersion,and anemia( all P > 0. 05). ③The expression of Hepcidin were 41 cases( 62. 1%).④The expression of Hepcidin were related to age,T stage,vasalium immersion and Ki-67,but were not related to gender、lymph node metastasis,degree of differetiation,Her-2 expression and anemia. ⑤There were no correlation between Hepcidin expression in cancer tissue and the serum TK1( γ =-0. 1005,P > 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of Hepcidin is correlated with T stage and Ki-67 level,and The serum expression of TK1 in preoperatiion were correlated with the expression of Her-2 and Ki-67.The expression of hepcidin in cancer tissue and the serum expression of TK1 in preoperatiion had significance to guiding clinical therapy and judging prognosis for patients with gastric and colorectal cancer.
