摘要
目的观察宫腔镜电切术配合中药调理治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效。方法将78例子宫内膜癌患者,根据治疗方法不同随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。对照组采取单纯宫腔镜电切术治疗,治疗组采用宫腔镜电切术加中药调理治疗。比较2组患者的生存质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分、3年复发转移率、满意度、疼痛评分、住院天数和发热天数。结果治疗后,对照组EORTC QLQ-C30评分改善不明显,而治疗组改善明显;治疗组在治疗后1、2年EORTC QLQ-C30评分较对照组均明显改善,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组患者第1年和第2年的复发转移率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第3年治疗组患者的复发转移率少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组在VAS和满意度评分以及住院和发热时间方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫腔镜电切术配合中药调理治疗早期子宫内膜癌能明显提高患者生存质量和满意度,减少复发转移率、住院和发热天数,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hysteroscope electrotomy combined with traditional chinese medicine( TCM) for early endometrial cancer. Methods 78 cases of early endometrial cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment,each with 39 cases. The control group were treated by single hysteroscope electrotomy,and the treatment group was given hysteroscope electrotomy and TCM therapy. EORTC QLQ-C30 scores,the rates of recurrence and metastasis,degree of satisfaction,VAS score,and time in hospital and fever time were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the treatment group obviously improved,but not the control group. EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the treatment group obviously improved 1 year and 2 years after treatment,but not the control group( P < 0. 01). After treatment,the 1-,2-year recurrence and metastasis rates in the treatment group were remarkably lower than those of the control,there had statistical difference( P < 0. 05),while there had no statistical significance in 3-year recurrence and metastasis rate( P > 0. 05). VAS score,degree of satisfaction,and time in hospital and fever time were superior to the control group,there had statistical difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Hysteroscope electrotomy combined with the therapy of TCM for early endometrial cancer can obviously improve EORTC QLQ-C30 score and degree of satisfaction,reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis and time in hospital and fever,and it is worthy of clinical experience.
