摘要 为了提高成品油储罐的安全性,降低传统检测方式的隐患风险,采用新技术新方法是一项重要措施。分布式光纤测温技术在效率、精度、成本、安装等方面优势突出,已经在众多行业和场合得到了广泛应用。概述了分布式光纤测温系统的基本原理与构成,以及在成品油储罐上应用的可行性,并对其安装与敷设方式进行了探讨。实践表明:分布式光纤测温技术对保障成品油储罐安全稳定运行与在线温度监测具有重要意义,该技术的成功应用可为今后同类装置更大规模有效应用提供参考。 In order to improve the safety of finished oi storage tanks and reduce the risk of hidden dangers in traditional testing methods,it is an important measure to adopt new technology and new methods.Distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology has outstanding advantages in efficiency,precision,cost installation and so on.It has been widely used in many industries and occasions.This paper summarizes the basic principle and composition of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system and its feasibility in the application of finished oil storage tank,and discusses its installation and laying mode.Practice has proved that it is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of finished oil storage tank and the online temperature monitoring.The successful application of this technology can provide reference for larger and more effective application of optical fiber temperature measurement technology for the same kind of equipment in the future.
