摘要
依据国家相关法律法规,对某采油厂注汽站锅炉岗噪声职业健康体检结果进行调查,对听力异常结果数据进行分析。结果显示:采油注汽站锅炉岗听力异常检出率与年龄、接噪工龄呈正相关,接噪暴露与听力异常存在剂量—效应关系。重点分析了职业性噪声聋受检者的情况,从工作内容与作业环境、岗位工人防护意识、用人单位职业卫生管理3个方面探讨锅炉岗听力异常的产生原因。
According to the relevant national laws and regulations,this paper investigated the results of occupational health examination of boiler post noise at a gas injection station in an oil extraction plant and analyzed the data of hearing abnormality.The results showed that the detection rate of abnormal hearing was positively correlated with the age and length of service of receiving noise,and there was dose-effect relationship between exposure to noise and hearing abnormality.This paper mainly analyzes the condition of occupational noise deaf examinees,and discusses the causes of hearing impairment in boiler posts from three aspects including job content and working environment,workers’protection awareness,and occupational health management of employing unit.
