摘要
目的研究噪声作业环境对听力职业健康体检结果的影响,分析性别、年龄和工龄对听力体检结果的影响,并制订针对性的干预性措施。方法从2020年12月到2021年9月在广州市中西医结合医院职业病科接受听力职业健康体检的作业于噪声环境的受检者中抽取100例作为观察组,另抽取同时间段于我院接受听力职业健康检查但未作业于噪声环境中的100例受检者作为对照组,两组研究对象均接受听力检查,比较两组的听力异常检出率并分析影响噪声作业环境从业者听力健康的相关危险因素。结果观察组和对照组相比,受检者的听力异常率更高(P<0.05);分析导致观察组受检者听力异常的原因,结果显示性别和工龄是主要影响因素(P<0.05),但听力异常与受检者的年龄无关(P>0.05);分析导致观察组受检者听力损伤的原因,结果显示观察组听力损伤的发生与其性别、年龄和工龄均存在一定关系(P<0.05)。结论噪声作业环境对从业者听力健康造成的危害是不可逆的,因此,对于噪声环境从业者,需要定期进行职业健康体检,做好噪声监管与防护工作,减轻噪声作业环境对其听力功能的影响。
Objective To investigate the impact of a noisy working environment on physical examination results of hearing occupational health,analyze the impact of gender,age and length of service on physical examination results of hearing,and formulate targeted intervention measures.Methods Subjects in a noisy working environment who underwent examination of hearing occupational health admitted to the Department of Occupational Disease in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and West Medicine from December 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group(n=100),and other subjects not in a noisy working environment who underwent examination of hearing occupational health admitted to our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group(n=100).Both groups of research subjects underwent examination of hearing,and the detection rates of hearing abnormality were compared between the two groups.Meanwhile,the related risk factors impacting the hearing health of employees in a noisy working environment were analyzed.Results The rate of hearing abnormality of the subjects in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The causes of hearing abnormality of the subjects in the observation group were analyzed,and the results showed that gender and length of service were the main impacting factors(P<0.05).However,the hearing abnormality was not related to the age of the subjects(P>0.05).The causes of hearing impairment of the subjects in the observation group were analyzed,and the results showed that the hearing impairment of the subjects was related to gender,age and length of service to some extent(P<0.05).Conclusion The harm caused by noisy working environment to employees’hearing health is irreversible.Therefore,employees in a noisy environment need to have regular occupational health examinations,do a good job in noisy supervision and protection work,and reduce the impact of a noisy working envir onment on their hearing function.
