摘要
储罐区安全防范重点在于防止群罐火灾和爆炸。阻火器和呼吸阀是至关重要的安全和环保设备,其本质安全是实现安全生产的重要环节。阻火器能够有效阻灭火焰蔓延。呼吸阀保护储罐不受超压和真空的破坏。阻火器应依照最新国际标准ISO 16852要求,整体进行阻火和流量测试,取得型式认证。使用超压值10%的呼吸阀,能够有效控制储罐废气的排放。必须提高阻火器和呼吸阀的安全标准,为高标准的环保要求保驾护航。
Fire and explosion are unavoidable. The focus of safety precautions in the tank area is to prevent fire and explosion from spreading to the entire tank farm. Flame arresters and breather valves are essential protective devices for the safety in production and environmental protection. The intrinsic safety of flame arresters and breather valves is an important link in achieving safety in production. Flame arresters can prevent flame spread and breather valves can prevent destruction of tanks from overpressure and vacuum. The latest international standard ISO 16852 requires that flame arr esters shall be tested against flame spread and flow measurement and a type approval by a third party shall be issued accordingly. The use of a 10% overpressure breather valve can effectively control the waste-gas emissions from the storage tanks. Safety standards for flame arresters and breather valves must be raised to meet the rigorous requirements for environmental protection.
