摘要
以学生宿舍"微环境"为载体创新党建工作具有重要意义,常见工作形式主要包括健全学生宿舍党建领导小组,实施院级"文明宿舍"评比活动,落实"学生党员示范宿舍"挂牌制度,组织学生宿舍开展文明公约活动,开展"温馨宿舍""党员之星"评比工作。但目前以学生宿舍"微环境"为载体创新党建工作存在不足,需要采取完善措施:合理设置组织机构,完善规章制度,打造高素质的党建工作队伍,并创建富有特色的学生宿舍文化。
It is of great significance to innovate the party building work with the student micro-environment as the carrier.The common forms of work mainly include the improvement of the party building leadership group of the student dormitory,the implementation of the″civilized dormitory″appraisal activity at the hospital level,and the implementation of the″student party member demonstration dormitory″listing system.Organize the activities of the student dormitory civilization convention,and carry out the evaluation work of″warm dormitory″and″party member star″.However,at present,there is a shortage of innovative party building work based on the″micro-environment″of student dormitory.It is necessary to take corrective measures:rationally set up organizational structure,improve rules and regulations,create a high-quality party building work team,and create a distinctive student dormitory culture.
