摘要
结合长沙国金中心项目工程,优化潜孔锤操作工艺,完善锚索钻孔施工方案,加强方案和技术交底,采用实测实量、锚索挂牌制度,把握注浆比重、注浆量和注浆时间,全程进行旁站监督,落实"三检"制,高标准、高质量有效地保证了锚索施工,为今后类似工程提供有效的参考价值。
In combination with the project of the Changsha International Finance Center, the project will optimize the operation technology of the DTH hammer, improve the construction plan of the cable drilling, strengthen the solutions and technical disclosure, and adopt the measured actual quantity and anchor cable listing system to determine the grouting proportion, grouting volume and grouting. Time, the entire station for the next station supervision, the implementation of the ＂three inspections＂ system, high standards, high quality and effective guarantee of the construction of cable, for similar projects in the future to provide an effective reference value.
