摘要
本文立足高职学院视野,结合95、00后高职大学生的特点,对高职院校学生干部队伍建设的现状进行分析,对当前高职学院学生干部队伍存在学管意识不到位、工作能力有欠缺、学生干部选拔、管理、培养制度不完善等问题,提出了紧抓学生干部素质教育、完善学生干部选拔、管理、培养制度等相应对策,最终目的在于构建科学化、服务型、梯度化的学生干部队伍。
Based on the vision of Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of post-95 and Post-00 Higher Vocational College students,this paper analyses the current situation of the construction of student cadres in Higher Vocational colleges.It points out that there are some problems in the current student cadres in Higher Vocational colleges,such as lack of awareness of management,lack of working ability,imperfect selection,management and training system,etc.It also puts forward that the quality education of student cadres should be paid close attention to and perfected.The ultimate aim of the corresponding countermeasures for the selection,management and training system of student cadres is to build a scientific,service-oriented and gradient contingent of student cadres.
