摘要
基于树脂复合钢板在汽车前围板上的开发应用,文章针对高聚物树脂复合钢板的基础性能进行试验研究、并测试复合钢板材料的力学性能以及两表层钢板之间的剪切粘结强度与法向黏结强度,得到材料的理化性能以及两表层之间的结合强度。从而为复合减振钢板材料的产品设计提供依据,同时也为改进复合减振钢板的生产工艺以适应其产品的生产要求提供参考。
Based on development and application on dash panel using resin composite steel, In this paper, the basic properties of high polymer resin composite damping steel plate are tested, and the mechanical properties of the composite steel plate and the shear bond strength and the normal bonding strength between the two surface steel plates are tested. The physical and chemical properties of the material and the bonding strength between the two surfaces were obtained. It provides the basis for the product design of the composite damping steel plate material, and also provides a reference for improving the production process of the composite damping steel plate in order to meet the production requirements of its products.
