摘要
建立了白车身有限元模型,进行了白车身模态的测试并和计算值进行了对比分析,证明了建立的有限元模型的正确性.以通过提高白车身整体刚度进而提高白车身一阶弹性模态频率为优化目标,在有限元模型上试验了多种优化方案,对预测结果分析比较后选择了最优方案应用于实车.最后通过实验验证了方案的有效性.文中建模及优化的方法对白车身模态的计算和优化具有指导意义.
The conclusion of modal analysis was applied in the improvement for body-in-white of a bus.The FEM model of body-in-white of a bus was established and the computed results were compared with modal test.On this basis,different structural-improvement methods were compared and the final plan was proved through experiments.
