摘要
地铁深基坑施工不可避免地会对邻近建筑物及管线产生影响,基于FLAC 3D数值分析软件,并对比现场实测数据,探究了地铁深基坑施工对邻近建筑物的影响。结果表明,深基坑施工会使邻近建筑物与周围地表产生差异沉降,进而产生地表裂缝;同时会引起建筑物不均匀沉降,严重影响建筑物的安全使用。
Based on the FLAC 3D numerical analysis software and compared with the on-site measured data,this paper discussed the influence of subway deep foundation pit construction on the adjacent buildings.The results showed that the deep foundation pit construction would cause the differential settlement between the adjacent buildings and the surrounding surface,and then produced the surface cracks;at the same time,it would also cause the uneven settlement of the buildings and seriously affected the safe use of the building.
