摘要
根据山区公路施工特点,结合依托工程采用LEC方法开展危险源辨识及风险评价研究。建立专家组,引入专家可信度减小个人主观判断因素的影响。以管理贡献因子的方式将安全管理措施的影响引入到LEC方法中,使安全管理措施的效能更为直观、突出。结果表明:经改进后的LEC方法是进行风险评价和考察施工安全管理水平的有效方法。
According to the characteristics of mountainous highway construction, combined with the relying construction, using LEC method, this paper studied the hazard identification and risk assessment. It also introduced the influence of safety management measures into the LEC method in the way of managing contribution factors, which made the efficiency of safety management measures be more direct and prominent. The results showed that the improved LEC method was an effective method for risk assessment and examination of construction safety management level.
