摘要
贸易风险是影响食用菌进出口的主要因素。通过格雷厄姆评价法(likelihood,exposure,criticality,LEC)评测食用菌进出口贸易风险,并与风险影响度评分标准进行对照,获取每个因素的影响程度,以此为基础,提出具有针对性的法律防范措施。利用专家评估法对实施前后食用菌进出口贸易风险的法律防范效果进行度量。结果表明,该方法可以有效从法律层面解决食用菌进出口贸易存在的风险,能够促进我国食用菌产业的可持续发展。
Trade risk is the main factor that affects the import and export of edible fungi. LEC(likelihood, exposure, criticality)evaluation method was used to evaluate the import and export trade risk of edible fungi and to compare it with the risk influence degree scoring standard to obtain the influence degree of each factor. On this basis, specific legal preventive measures were proposed. The expert evaluation method was used to measure the effect of legal prevention of the import and export trade risk of edible fungi before and after the implementation. The results show that this method can effectively solve the risks of import and export of edible fungi from the legal level and promote the sustainable development of edible fungi industry in China.
