无偿献血者单采血小板细菌检测结果分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the bacteria detection results of apheresis platelets in blood

摘要 目的:调查郑州地区血小板细菌污染情况,为输血安全提供参考依据。方法:使用安图生物BC120全自动细菌培养仪,对郑州地区3 107例单采血小板进行细菌检测,分别接种需氧瓶(FA)和厌氧瓶(FN)培养。培养为阳性的血小板的生长细菌先进行纯化,再采用全自动微生物质谱检测仪进行菌种鉴定,培养5 d为阴性的血小板标本则报告为阴性。结果:3 107例单采血小板中细菌生长的为17例,阳性率为0.55%。需氧瓶单独生长9例,厌氧瓶单独生长5例,2种瓶同时生长3例。其中47%的细菌培养阳性血小板初次报警时间<24 h,平均初次报警时间为32.77 h。结论:细菌污染是血小板输注过程中的风险因素,增加厌氧培养可提高细菌检出率。血站系统应该增加血小板细菌的检测,以增加临床用血安全。 Objective:To investigate the contamination of bacteria in platelets in Zhengzhou area,and then,to provide the reference for the safety of blood transfusion.Method:First of all,we used Automatic bacterial culture instrument,aerobic culture bottle(FA)and anaerobic culture bottle(FN)to detect 3 017 blood donors apheresis platelet bacteria of Zhengzhou area.If the result of platelets culture was positive,the bacteria were purified firstly,and then to identify the bacteria by Automatic microbiological mass spectrometer.Otherwise,the apheresis platelet cultured 5 days was negative,we thought it’s negative.Result:In the research,3 107 blood donors apheresis platelet were detected bacteria by Automatic bacterial culture instrument.17 bacteria were found in total,the positive rate was 0.55%.There were 9 aerobe,and 5 anaerobe found in total.,and 3 bacteria positive in the two bottles.The initial alarm time of 47%positive bacterial culture was less than 24 h,and the average alarm time was 32.77 h.Conclusion:Bacterial contamination is a risk factor in platelet transfusion,and increasing anaerobic culture can improve the detection ratio of platelets bacteria.Therefore,the blood centers should establish the operation procedures of bacterial detection of platelets to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
