摘要
目的探讨系统化护理对光动力治疗面部痤疮的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月我院收治面部痤疮患者82例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予光动力治疗,观察组在此基础上给予系统化护理干预。比较两组临床疗效总显效率、护理服务满意度、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效总显效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯光动力治疗比较,系统化护理可有效提高临床疗效和护理服务满意度,降低不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nurse on photodynamic therapy for facial acne.Methods 82 patients with facial acne who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given photodynamic therapy while the observation group was given systematic nurse intervention on basis of it.The total efficiency rate of clinical curative effects,satisfaction with nursing service and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate of clinical curative effects in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction with nursing service of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with photodynamic therapy alone,systematic nurse can effectively improve clinical curative effects and satisfaction with nursing service and reduce adverse reactions.
