摘要
目的探讨中医辨证护理对经产妇产后宫缩疼痛的影响。方法纳入2017年12月—2019年8月收治的80例产后宫缩疼痛产妇,依据随机数字表法将产妇分为观察组40例和对照组40例。对照组产妇接受西医护理,观察组产妇在此基础上接受中医辨证护理。比较2组产妇产后不同时间心理状态、睡眠质量、宫缩疼痛情况以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组产妇产后48 h焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组产后48 h,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后24 h、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理总满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证护理能够改善经产妇产后宫缩疼痛症状、心理状态和睡眠质量,有利于提升护理质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on postpartum pain of postpartum uterine contraction.Methods 80 parturients with postpartum pain were included in the study from December 2017 to August 2019.According to the method of random number table,the parturients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received western medicine nursing,and the observation group received TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.The psychological state,sleep quality,uterine contraction pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05),and the scores of vas in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can improve postpartum uterine contraction pain symptoms,psychological state and sleep quality,and it is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
