摘要
为研究强力旋压各主要工艺参数对于锡青铜筒形件布氏硬度指标的影响规律以及各因素间的交互作用,进行了Box-Behnken试验设计。试验结果表明工件硬度随减薄率及进给比的增大而增大,随热处理温度的增大而减小。基于Design Expert10软件分析得出各因素及其之间的耦合对于工件硬度影响的显著度,减薄率A和进给比C的影响高度显著,热处理温度B的影响显著,AC耦合与BC耦合的影响显著。以布氏硬度为响应,建立了以减薄率、进给比、热处理温度为自变量的回归预测模型,通过实验验证了模型的准确性。进行了强力旋压工艺参数优化,优化后的工艺参数组合为减薄率34%,进给比0.5 mm·r-1,热处理温度300℃。
To study the influence of main process parameters of power spinning on the Brinell hardness of tin bronze cylindrical workpieces and the interaction between various factors,the Box-Behnken test was designed.The test results show that the hardness of the workpiece increases with the increase of thinning rate and feed ratio,and decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature.Based on Design Expert 10,the significance of the influence of the factors and their coupling on the hardness of the workpiece were obtained.The results show that the effect of thinning ratio(A)and feed ratio(C)is highly significant,the effect of heat treatment temperature(B)is significant,and the effect of AC coupling and BC coupling is significant.With Brinell hardness as response,thinning rate,feed ratio,and heat treatment temperature as independent variables,a regression prediction model was established.The accuracy of the model was verified through experiments.Power spinning process parameters were optimized,the optimized combination of process parameters is thinning rate of 34%,feed ratio of 0.5 mm·r-1,and heat treatment temperature of 300℃.
