摘要
叶绿素的皂化反应实验中常出现絮状浑浊、分层不清晰等异常现象。为避免这些异常现象的发生,本文运用单因素实验和正交实验设计方法研究叶绿素皂化反应的优化条件。研究结果表明,皂化反应优化条件为:叶绿素皂化反应的试剂加入量的最佳配比为叶绿素提取液1mL、乙醚4mL、蒸馏水3mL、30%KOH-甲醇4mL,皂化反应的效果最佳。
It often occurs abnormal problems such as floc and blurred liquid layer in the experiment of the chlorophyll saponification reaction. In order to solve this question, we explored the optimization condition of chlorophyll saponification reaction based on one-factor at a time and orthogonal array design methods. The results prove that the best proportion of reagents used in the chlorophyll saponification reaction is conducted by chlorophyll extract for 1 mL diethyl ether for 4 mL, distilled water for 3 mL and sodium hydroxide-methanol solution 30% for 4 mL.
