摘要
通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了浸提溶剂种类、料液比、浸提温度和浸提时间,进行工艺优化.结果表明:用85%乙醇提取莴笋叶叶绿素的最佳工艺条件:料液比1∶7、浸提温度60℃、浸提时间2.0 h.影响莴笋叶叶绿素提取效率的主次因素顺序是:提取温度>固液比>提取时间.通过超声波辅助提取法和浸提法的比较,得出超声波辅助提取法提取具有速率快、效率高的优点.
Single-factor experiment and or thogonal test were adopted to determine solvent, ratio of material to solvent, temperature and extraction time and optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction by using 85% ethanol as solvent were obtained as follows the ratio of material to solvent 1:7 at 60℃ for 2 h, Influential factors are ranked as. extraction temperature)ratio of solid to solvent)extraction time. Ultrasonic assisted extraction process has the obvious advantages of rapid and higher efficiency over traditional extraction method.
