摘要
建立了顶空气相色谱法,测定木耳中残留的磷化铝含量。火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行分析测定。当磷化铝浓度在1.0~50.0μg/kg范围内时,呈现良好线性关系(R2=0.9997)。此方法操作简便,稳定性好,对同一浓度样品11次平行测定的RSD为3.3%。此方法的检出限可达到1μg/kg,实际样品的加标回收率为97.2%~102.0%。可作为木耳中磷化铝残留量快速测定。
The establishment of a headspace gas chromatography to measure the residual aluminum phosphide content fungus. Flame photometric detector(FPD) conduct analysis. the linear relationship(R2=0.9997) was good when the concentration of aluminium phosphide was 1.0 ~ 50.0μg/kg. This method has the advantages of simple operation and good stability. RSD was 3.3% for 11 parallel measurements. The detection limit was 1μg/kg for the residual aluminium phosphide in agaric, the addition recoveries in real samples were 97.2% to 102.0%. Can be used to rapid determine residue aluminium phosphide in agaric.
