摘要
目的探讨车间空气中磷化氢简单、快速测定法。方法在国际方法基础上,采用一定浓度的硫酸溶液配制钼酸铵溶液测定车间空气中磷化氢。结果确定本法测定车间空气中磷化氢的最优条件为50g/L钼酸铵溶液(由35%硫酸配制)0.2ml,20min反应时间,690nm比色。结论节省了实验中加入硫酸的步骤,以简化实验步骤,加快实验速度。
Objective] To study a simple and rapid method of determining phosphine in the air of workshops. [Methods] Based on an international method, solution of ammonium molybdate made with a certain concentration of sulfuric acid was used to determine phosphine in the air of workshops. [Results] The result showed that the optimum condition was: 0.2 ml of ammonium molybdate (50 g/L, made with 35% of sulfide acid), reaction time 20 minutes and color 690 nm. [Conclusion] The experimental procedure is simplified by canceling the step of adding sulfide acid, therefore experimental speed is enhanced.
