长柄骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗A2高龄股骨转子间骨折30例 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨长柄骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗A2高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法自2009年8月~2013年4月对我院30例A2型高龄转子间骨折患者,男12例,女18例,年龄74~98岁,平均年龄79.5岁。按AO分型:A2.1型20例,A2.2型4例,A2.3型6例。均采用髋关节后外侧切口入路,使股骨粗隆间解剖关系基本恢复,置入长柄骨水泥型双极人工股骨头,术后5~7天下床活动。结果随访12~24个月,骨折复位良好,患者生活能基本自理,优良率83.3%。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,可缩短卧床时间,及早行患髋功能锻炼,减少并发症,疗效可靠。 Objective To investigate the long stem cemented artificial bipolar femoral head replacement for the treatment of A2 patients in clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods Since 2009 August to 2013 April in our hospital, 30 cases of type A2 in elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients, male 12 cases, female 18 cases, age74 to 98 years old, average age is 79.5 years old. According to AO classification: type A2.1 20 cases, type A2.2 4 cases,type A2.3 in 6 cases. Adopt road lateral incision into the hip joint, the femur intertrochanteric anatomical relationship between basic recovery, implantation of bone cement type long stem bipolar artificial femoral head, after 5 to 7 bed day.Results Followed up for 12 to 24 months, better fracture reduction, the patients life can provide for oneself basically,the excellent and good rate was 83.3%. Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly, can shorten the time in bed, and early hip functional exercise, reduce complications,curative effect is reliable.
